Resident Service Coordination
This program connects residents with healthcare services, community resources, educational opportunities, and programs that promote well-being and independence.

State Self-Sufficiency Program (SSP)
A voluntary program that helps families achieve greater financial independence through personalized case management, employment support, education, and job training. Participants may also qualify for an escrow savings account while receiving assistance with transportation, childcare, financial coaching, credit building, and homeownership counseling.

Mystic View Resident Services

(Residents living on River Road or Canal Lane)

Resident Service Coordination
Connects residents with healthcare services, community resources, educational opportunities, and programs that promote well-being and independence.

Federal Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS)
A voluntary program that helps families build long-term financial independence through personalized case management, employment support, education, and job training. Participants may earn up to $20,000 in an escrow savings account while receiving assistance with transportation, childcare, financial coaching, credit building, and homeownership counseling. The program is currently waitlisted, but residents are encouraged to apply to join the waiting list.
